Credit packs are sold through Paddle as merchant of record, so your receipt comes from Paddle and links to Paddle's own support for the payment. For anything about a purchase or your credit balance, email us with the address you bought with.

The refund policy explains the 14-day withdrawal right and what happens to credits. Credits for an extraction that failed on our side are refunded to your balance automatically. To request a refund, email us with the address you bought with.

If an extraction fails, looks wrong or a page does not work, email us with the URL you extracted, the link to the result if there is one, and what you expected to see.

The gallery is extracted from public pages and is not official brand guidelines. If you own a website shown there and want it removed, email us with the gallery link and we will handle it promptly.

You can delete your account yourself in Account settings. The privacy policy explains what we store and why.
