Refund Policy

Purchases and the seller of record

Design Extractor sells prepaid credit packs as one-time purchases. Paid credit packs are sold by Paddle, acting as merchant of record; Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction and handles checkout, payment, invoicing, and VAT. Displayed prices include VAT where applicable.

14-day withdrawal right (consumers)

When you buy a credit pack you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If you start spending the purchased credits within those 14 days, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits consumed. The withdrawal process itself is handled through Paddle as merchant of record. A model withdrawal form is available on request.

Failed extractions

If an extraction fails on our side, the credits it cost are automatically refunded to your credit balance.

Service discontinuation

If we permanently discontinue the service, we will refund the unused portion of purchased credits.

How to request a refund

Contact us at info@design-extractor.com with the email address you purchased with. You can also use the receipt Paddle emailed you, which links to Paddle's own support flow for the transaction.
