About Design Extractor
Design Extractor turns a public website URL into a DESIGN.md: one Markdown file with the site's colors, typography, spacing, shapes, components and the reasoning behind them. AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Google Stitch read it as a style reference.
Who runs it
Design Extractor is a product of Magentix Studio, Magentix Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Mannheim, Germany. The managing director is Fadel Kaadan. Company details are in the imprint, and you can reach us through the contact page.
How an extraction works
You paste a public URL. Design Extractor loads the live page in a browser, reads its visual properties (colors, type, spacing, shapes and recurring components) and writes them into a DESIGN.md: YAML front matter with exact token values, and a Markdown body that explains how to use them.
A Pro extraction covers around five pages of the site. Each run spends prepaid credits, and if an extraction fails on our side the credits go back to your balance. Read how Design Extractor works.
How the gallery is made
The gallery holds DESIGN.md files that we extracted from the public pages of well-known sites, with the same extraction you can run yourself. They describe what those pages look like. They are not official brand guidelines, and showing a brand does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by its owner. If you own a site in the gallery and want it removed, contact us.
